





Fancy Rolls
For many of our longstanding customers this is the sandwich roll par excellence. Fancy rolls come in four different shapes and each shape is a different eating experience: Flat-squared,
knotted-round, round, and six-inch-long “bomber” or “grinder” (pointed at the ends, split down the middle, then topped with seeds). All are given a glistening egg-wash on top and are either
topped with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or plain. The most popular is the flat-roll with sesame seeds which makes for a perfect “pocket-sandwich”, as it is just right for stuffing lettuce, cold cuts, peppers, and lots of oil or mayonnaise.
